I suppose its possible. I just exchanged data folder for new one in its entirety. And added support folder. About to run it now and see if it works.

I was playing my first Campaign and they offered me a new command. An upgrade from the Salmon I was captaning to a Gato. I accepted, only to find that it moved my base of opperations to Pearl Harbor, Hawii.

Am I stuck in a Salmon if I want to stay with the task force or are there any 'upgrade' subs I can accept that won't move me to Pearl Harbor?

B.T.W. Is there an FPS boost in the Campaign when using this Mod?

I would assume so since it decreases contacts and spammed shipping from the stock RSCD Campaign Layer.

Program runs fine but sound is limited to engine noise only????

I've been looking for the RSRD versions for SH4 1.4 but I haven't been able to find them..
Have them been removed? I'm specifically looking for RSRD compatible with TMO for SH4 1.4...

Sorry your 24hrs to late, those version were removed yesterday and are no longer supported.

Add me to the list. I stuck with SH3 until about a week ago but I finally upgraded my computer with a graphics card and power supply just for SH4. Also a newer, bigger monitor! I thought that I was in for a great new experience!!

I have been trying to enjoy SH4 but it is hard to believe some of the out of box snafus. I just gave up trying to use the stock campaign last night. I knew there were real problems when my second mission asked me to do photo recon of Jap Carriers in Manila Bay... where my patrol was starting out, by the way. Also Liberty Ships in December 1941!!! WTF???

I installed the newest version of PE yesterday and the graphics are a huge improvement over the stock version. Ditto for the sound files. All I need now is a campaign mode that isn't straight off the funny pages!

Please... could you make the final versions for RSRD for version 1.4 available in your archive section? I also downloaded RFB for 1.4 and had hoped to run your campaign with it.

No "support" would be needed as these versions had been out for a while with plenty of documentation in this thread. Could you, please? Being 24 hours late to the table will leave me kicking myself for weeks. :oops:

Come again? RFB and RSRD will continue to be supported, just only 1.5 from now on. Both teams have made that decision.

I understand the hassle of developing and supporting a mod on multiple versions, we can only be gratefull to you lurker for what you have done and are still doing. :up:
Still, it would be great to have the 1.4 version still online, even without any kind of support beeing offered, considering that vers 1.5 is not a free upgrade such as 1.3 to 1.4 and not everybody is willing/can buy the addon...
