TarJak 11-14-13 03:45 PM

Thats probably a good thing given the state of your trousers before the exam. Something that rhymes with splitting bricks? :D

Madox58 11-14-13 04:08 PM

97% Eh?
:hmmm:

I don't see a Government job in your future.
You rated WAY to high!

Guns are neutral.
We need to kill everyone that touches a Gun.
Or reads about, posts about, states an opinion about, etc. Guns.
Only then can Guns live a free life safe from oppression.

It only works like that if you have a closed mind and reject facts which don't fit your preconceptions.

If I recall correctly you didn't take long at all to change your mind from your original simplistic "ban guns" position did you.
In fact you got stumped by the simple question of "why?"

So why are you agreeing with a statement when you yourself are evidence that it is a false statement?

Ducimus 12-05-13 03:16 PM

Sorry to bump this tired topic, but so long as it's being pushed, it will just keep coming up.

As the saying goes: "Registration leads to confiscation."
- And So It Begins: New York Sending Out Gun Confiscation Notices ( November 27, 2013 )
- NYPD cracks down on long guns that hold more than five rounds ( December 05, 2013 )

Also:
Round 2 of infringement is coming soon. I would conjecture after 2014 congressional elections if the Democrats are playing it smart.
Biden: White House Making New Gun Control Push- VP touts executive orders already issued ( December 02, 2013 )

In addition, if an email sent out by the NRA-ILA is to believed,
Quote:

"Michelle Obama held a lavish fundraiser for a group of rich, anti-gun donors in New York City."

She asked them all to write a "big old fat check" to help elect Senators who will pass Barack Obama's extreme gun control agenda.

"Sadly, as you know, that bill failed," Michelle told the crowd, in reference to Obama's backdoor gun registration scheme.

"It failed by just six votes in the Senate. Six. So make no mistake about it: the midterm elections, they matter. They matter."
I have found no collaborating news stories as of yet, so I take this with a grain of salt.

About those executive orders, I found this both humorous, and saddening at the same time:
Obama Outlaws Gang Banger's "Go To" Gun!

Lastly, Let us not forget this blatant lie:
Obama 2008: "I Am Not Going To Take Your Guns Away"

I put that lie on par with, "If You Like Your Plan Keep It" and "I didn't set a red line".

To those from the US that argue against the second amendment, I most likely will not agree with what you are saying, but I would give my last breath to defend your right to say it. Think about that.

soopaman2 12-05-13 07:57 PM

So all the Obama haters, (not defending the halfrican retard) but he did nothing to take away anyones guns.

Nothing. I am sick of the retarded hate on him for the crap he was supossed to do but didn't.

When he first got elected, people flocked to gun stores, despite the fact he never made any moves towards taking guns away.

My state is the strictest in the union with guns, and if you saw my collection it would boggle your mind, most of my collection came under Obamas watch.

So stop this partisan regurgitating crap, Obama has done nothing to restrict guns, but local legislators on the other hand... (mag sizes for instance.)

Your local legislators make the gun laws, there is no real National gun law. Yet Obama gets blamed when you cannot buy a RPG rocket launcher or an full auto AK.

Grow up, maybe if you got past party politics we can fix this, until then you are part of the problem, and should just go away.

edit: sorry, I love to trash Obama, but the gun crazyness is not his fault, just brought to the forefront because he has a D before his name.

I am a D and I love guns...

A real big D.(get it I called myself a dick, a big ol liberal D, with (some) conservative beliefs ) :)

I don't know where you have been the last few years but Obama has done everything within his power to ban guns. He's made pro gun control speeches across the country, he taken executive actions including banning the re-import of US made rifles like the Garand (a far cry from an RPG) and has been an advocate for just about every gun grabbing group and gun grabbing scheme to come along.
Just because he has (so far) failed doesn't mean he didn't and hasn't continued to try.

That is not however to say he is the soul of the anti-gun movement but he is a strong proponent of it. That cannot be denied.

I have no doubt it is genuine, but its really nothing new.
My uncle has been unable to keep a significant proportion of his big firearms collection at his home in NYC for many years. He instead keeps them in his home in the mountains, which is handy as that is where the hunting is.

Oh dear oh dear.
There is no ban on the re import of US made rifles, there is a ban on the re import of US made weapons which were shipped as tax payer funded military aid.
It is a ban on US taxpayers paying again for something they had already paid for.

And it appears those fears have been justified this past year.

.

Again, I'll cite the failure of Feinstinean styled bills that Obama verbally endorsed to make it through the senate.

I'd agree it was partisian crap if Obama lies and reversals were not so well documented on video. Oh and If you hadn't noticed, most gun control bills are endorsed or sponsored by mostly Democrats. Ever look at what bills are going and whos sponsoring them? 90% of the time, there's a big D after their name. Seriously. Look it up.

I'll just point to the voting record again. It speaks for itself.

It's not that he's a democrat, its that he's a blantant liar.

From past posts, I don't think your a D, though i could be wrong. But if you want to self identify with the Democrats on this issue, that's your perogative.

But when it comes to laws enacted, he has done nothing, all gun controls have come locally in my case.

Once again, not defending him, I got my issues with him, but guns is not one of them.

His Obamacare is rubbish, his passiveness with Russia and China is another issue, but guns, he has been ok on, its the local legislators that crippled me . Jersey despite Chris Christie is a heavy democrat state, and well....Ya know how they can be August.

(democrats own the legislature here)

Well I agree that he has so far met with failure but it's not for lack of trying. I guess however that is better than had he been successful.
