Something German. It controls speeds or perhaps pressure. It says operating range.

Looks like the inside of a tank or AFV. Panzer IV?

No. Air pressure control for torpedo tubes.It is a compressor control I think.Supply source something else would be used for pressure adjustments further down.

Good first guess, it's an armoured vehicle but it's not a Panzer IV, it's a fair bit later than that. :yep:
