Theresa May has said the decision to destroy the landing cards of Windrush migrants was taken under Labour.

The prime minister told MPs she was not home secretary when the move was approved, saying it happened in 2009.

Jeremy Corbyn said "vital historical records" were shredded and suggested the PM was trying to "blame officials", suggesting Theresa May's government had shown itself "callous and incompetent".

Asked by Mr Corbyn whether she had signed off the decision to destroy documents which could have proved Caribbean migrants' arrival in the UK, she told MPs the decision was taken in 2009 while Labour was still in power.

Looks like another own goal for Corbyn and Diane Abbott :haha:

Corbyn really got a verbal kicking from Mrs May.

If it was the Tories and they know it you will not see a investigation. If it was Labour and they know it they will say no investigation is needed and move away from this issue. :03:

Best form of defense about anti-Semitism in your party go on the attack making people look the other way at the Tories.

^ We have seen and know how you like to bite yourself and smirk and despise your various peoples and inhabitants and political parties rather than working together or at least find any solution, but now after all you decided you hate all other bloody foreigners more than Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Not for the first time of course, but it led to some slightly raised eyebrows. :hmmm:
So you had your victory of nationalism and your brexit. And now?

I guess changing the passsport's envelope back to blue by a french-dutch company for some 490 million pounds is to be considered as a step forward?

I see Corbyn is like a mad dog over this Wind Rush business. And yet his meeting with the Jewish group did not go well for him.
