I need some help with a couple of Venatore's mods. I'm trying to use the Compulsory U-boat Headdress mod and the Tactical Green mod. I followed the instructions in the readme files to install them using JGSME but they're not showing up in the game. For the Headress I'm seeing only the watch officer wearing his and no one else. The Tactical Green is just not there, all the Side slide icons, GWX intergrated orders, and Text are still stock white.

I also have his Elite U-Boat Uniform mod installed and it's working without a problem.

Any ideas?

Have you unpacked the mod into the MODS folder then enabled the mod inside JSGME :hmm:

That's exactly what I did. Like I said, I had no problem with the Elite Crew uniforms, which has the same installation instructions.

UPDATE: I managed to get the Headdress mod working. Apparently it only works by not using the Realistic Crews option in SH3Cmdr. However, the mod does have files for that but it's for SH3Cmdr 2.7, I'm using 3.1.

Now regarding the Tactical Green mod. This one I only got to work half way. The part that works is the text in the game menu prior to going on patrol. After I go on patrol, the game loads, then goes to the screen which says "Initializing", and then nothing happens, it just gets stuck there. Then I hear a beeping sound which indicates an error has occurred. I Ctrl+Alt+Del to desktop and see a little window open with an error message which says "Menu ID not found: 0x3f010022!" Any idea why this is happening?

Does anyone have a link to get Venatore's VIIC atlantic workhorse 3 skin,also his skin for the IXb and both his Type XXI skins,lost them a while back and would love to have them again as they are excellent:cry:

It seems Venatore has gone AWOL but inspite of that his excellent mods remain. :hmm:

Can someone that has all 101 of his awesome splash screens please direct me to a better source than Megaupload. That site sucks! :damn:

Medals at the Crew
 

Hi Guys, does somebody know. Why i Dont see anymore Medals on my Crew ?

I using GWX 3.0
SH Commander,
Black Elite Crew Dresses

No more medals on the crew !? I dont know what i should i have been reinstalling this game now for 3 times. Maybe i done some mistake ?

By the way this Headsmod, for the nice heads is also not working. Which Venatore said it should be optimal for the Black Elite Crew Dresses mod...

Check the JSGME based within your GWX program folder and see if the 'GWX no medals on crew' mod is activated.

yes it is not activated. Is there some files which i could put somewhere ignoring JSGME ? I think this should be the easiest way.

I was using also Olce Crew skins but now it is not activated anymore. Maybe it crashed some files ?

I found out that "Rank Deco.tga" has something to do with Medals.

Any Idea how to get the things back in Order ? :arrgh!:

If your using SH3Commander perform a 'rollback' before disabling any mods.

If your not, then I suspect you have a corrupt file somewhere.

Allright, I Understand but you have an Idea to enable the Medals be editing some files by my own so its working again ??

Is the Compulsory U-Boat Headress Mod compatible with the mod enabler or do you have to place it in manually?
