I was wondering if this was available from another source besides "filefront"...have the hardest time getting anything to load from it.

ATM I only have it up on file front but others who have uploaded it
may have it on another source. if all else fails I can send it by Rapidshare. but thats about all Ive got as options at the moment. BTW welcome aboard sparky check for a pm from me. M |
Hi Mush Martin,
Just had a look at the video (again) and I noticed something I hadn't before. The Swordfish seem to take off from the carrier. But since carriers in SH3 aren't able to launch planes I ask myself: how did Mr Fleck do that? Do you know? |

was away from the formus for some months. Hopfully I will have some time in the next weeks to reinstall SH3 and have some fun hours, especially since GWX came out now. Concerning your question: The planes were not taking off, as you stated correctly. Instead I let them fly very low and at the slowest possible speed over the carrier. I simply plotted a path which flew them past the carrier in the correct alignment. Thats the reason why the camera is below deck in this scene. The problem was, that the planes crashed into the carrier or into each other in 19 from 20 tries (or were to high) etc. Hence this 5 second scene took me more than two hours (I,m not complaining, it was fun to make the movie). Bye Mr. Fleck |
and the result was absolutely worth it
nice to see you about the forums again mr fleck I was looking over the you tube numbers and comments last week. I hope RL lets up enough for you to enjoy some hunting time. welcome back aboard. M @ Woof .... like when the seaplane spawns in keel down low. a really good illusion. |
