This situation at this time of year is predictable but Mr Hunt has been the Health Secretary for quite a while now improvements are long overdue.

Well, this is a start, just fisheries and a host of other subjects to cover but if subsidies are being guaranteed at the current EU level then there is some hope for those who would be most at risk.
