Could be either but in the vast majority of cases, cold but not usually iced.

Look at the pictures again, the first one is probably the most difficult but the middle two I'd have thought much easier and the last one is a dead giveaway.

I'm not sure what you mean but it does come individually wrapped and not as part of a box or something similar contents.

The slogan/logo/ditty is actually six words long but the 'and' as well as the 'a' are not depicted in the pictures.
