@ August
Thank you for helping me out Now that you mentioned it. When they showed us the players from each team, some of them had this Pro Bowl under their name. I guess it means that these players are in the Pro bowl. Markus |

One thing is certain though
I will not be able to be up all night long to see the Super Bowl or the Pro Bowl(if our sport channel is broadcasting this) The positive thing is-Now I have an USB-drive connected to my smart-tv I'm going to program my USB to record this Super bowl and then I'm taking Monday noon and afternoon as free day and watch the game I'll not read any sports news before or while I'm watching the game. What a game it was.
Patriot against Jacksonville. Jax with most of the luck in the first two quarter and Patriot having most of the luck in the last 2 quarter. Can't see Philadelphia against Minnesota-it's being broadcasted to late. Markus |

Well bugger. At least it wasn't the kicker blowing the game this time.

as you all know something big is happening in Minnesota this Sunday ... the New England Patriots face off against the Philadelphia Eagles for Super Bowl LII (52)
The NFL Players Association negotiates bonuses as part of the league’s collective bargaining agreement—and players on the winning team get almost twice as much. Per CBS Sports, here’s the breakdown for this year: Divisional round bonus: $28,000 Conference championship bonus: $51,000 Losing team player bonus: $56,000 Winning team player bonus: $102,000 |

I can't stay up throughout the night to see the Super Bowl. I'm going to program my USB and watch the game directly after I'm awake. Of course washing and eating breakfast first. No ordinary tv ´cause this may reveal who won-Not before after having seen the final.

I'm sure August will disagree:03: but I think the Philadelphia Eagles have a real chance to pull this one out. On the other hand, I thought the Jacksonville Jaguars were going to pull an upset as well. Who do you think will win ?
Stay tuned. :) |

New England and Tom Brady are just too tough ... they won't fold. It's a game of breaks though ... you never know. Four people have bet one million dollars so far, but I don't know which team. |
I have no favorite team I hope it will be great final.
(Of course I hope, if some of my subsim friends have a favorite in the final, their team may win) Markus |
Go Browns!
That was a great game all around, glad I streamed it, and I'm glad they made it somewhat easy to stream. Exciting finish, well played all around. Glad the Eagles won too. |
Can't say I'm a fan but I did enjoy the game.

This Super Bowl in now in the history books. Just like the fictitious underdog Character Rocky Balboa, native son of Philadelphia, The underdog Eagles now stand at the pinnacle of their sport. The Eagles overcame devastating injuries to not only get to the biggest dance of the year but also win it. Having seen a few Eagles games this season, I thought they had a great chance of winning. I'm happy for the Eagles and their fans that they have now won their first Superbowl. It may well be the first of many. The Eagles, just Like Rocky, looked hungry where the Patriots looked like they sleep walking through most of the first half. I was pleased to see this game wasn't over officiated as some i have seen this year.
Quote: The Eagles were an underdog in Super Bowl LII as the NFC squad, led by an untested coach with only two years at the reins and a backup quarterback, 29-year-old Nick Foles, who had never won a playoff game before this season. New England, at most betting outlets, was favored to win by 4.5 points. Foles was thrust into the starting role after MVP contender Carson Wentz was lost for the season when he suffered a torn ACL and LCL in a week 14 win over the Los Angeles Rams. On Sunday, Foles was a marksman, completing 28 of 43 passes for 373 yards and three touchdowns. He also became the first QB in Super Bowl history to also catch a touchdown pass, en route to becoming the game's MVP. https://www.yahoo.com/gma/philadelph...opstories.html Tom Brady for his part had an astounding 505 yards passing. With a history of cheating with regards to Spygate and Deflategate, I've never been a fan of the Patriots. Speaking about Tom Brady and deflated balls, I'm sure there are many deflated balls in Brady land including his. :haha: I wouldn't feel too bad for the Patriots though. The Patriots have appeared in the Super Bowl ten times in franchise history, the most of any team, eight of them since the arrival of head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady in 2000 and won five of them. The legacy of the patriots was cemented long ago and Tom Brady / Bill Belichick and others from their team will no doubt be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame one day. The combination of Belichick and Brady are the most prolific to date and will be difficult to equal and their history is still being written. Making it to the Superbowl is an accomplishment in and of itself so congratulations to the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles on a great season and exciting and well played Superbowl game. Congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles and their fans on a great Superbowl win. |

Doesn't count. :hmph: The fourth down trick play TS to Nick Foles was an illegal formation, should have been called back...extended WR to the top of the screen is off the ball (needs to be on the line with just the OT on inside him). https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl...cid=spartanntp |
