Now that I've found Harpoon fans please let me direct you to my posting for the above mentioned Naval Simulation. The info is the posting called COMMAND from warfaresims.com. If you liked Harpoon you will definitely love this when it does come out. Check the posting out for a description of what the simulation is about. In 11 hours 45 minutes there is a loss of 75 airplanes, 8 ships/submarines and possible 800 - 1000 killed people on the part of china. A truly disaster.

If this were reality then this late 70er naval-air battle would be a text-book example for worldwide all Military Academies and military history books of the failure, the error of judgement and the irresponsibility of a military leadership.

Maybe we are helping to prevent a real confrontation in the China Seas by showing the probable result of such an encounter. ;)
