I think it was Kennedy’s 1963 ‘peace speech’ that probably got him shot, that and wanting to rein in the CIA. He was prepared to pull troops out of Vietnam, drafting plans complete withdrawal by 1965, limited ban on nuclear testing, steering towards world peace, all of which pissed of the Joint Chiefs and CIA. Hmmm sounds familiar :03:

...my devout Connecticutt Republican mom, a state chapter president of League of Women Voters and P.E.O, & ahead-of-her-time female 1943 Syracuse University graduate in business; put it all succinctly in 1963 as we watched "Oswald the patsy" buy the farm on national TV: "Well, they're Democrats you know..."!:hmph::doh::shucks::timeout::dead: 60 years down the pike...:hmmm:she wasn't off the mark too much!:haha:

It’s interesting how the idea came to be of thinking Oswald as a patsy. He didn’t say I didn’t do it, or you got the wrong guy he said I’m just patsy. :hmmm:
