Update:
My cancer doctor has extended my treatment of Keytruda 8 more doses. I get an IV infusion of Keytruda every 3 weeks. I'll keep you updated.

I want to thank all of who replied to this thread. Yes, it's been a long journey, but I have enjoyed my life and will continue to enjoy it to the end.

Taking "numerous naps" is the new normal anyway when getting older, along with medication and some other.. inconveniences :D
