I have been advocating this for years now. I have no interest in organised sports anymore because of all the cheating, corruption, blackmailing etc etc in just about every sport there is. I have to admit though that anyone fit enough to dope him/herself to the level of road race cyclists is worthy of a medal. That takes years of dedication and training just to survive.

There's also a third category which is coming soon, the enhanced Olympics, or Augmented Olympics if people prefer the Deus Ex approach.
