I think England could actually go all the way this time.

Storming Spaniard stampede the Turks. Spain is the team to beat in this tournament. German newspaper titles: "They are like the Germans. Just better in all regards."

Currently I cannot imagine Germany beating Spain. The Germans whisper "Tikki.......?" The Spaniards reply "Takkkaaaaah...!!! :arrgh!: "

0-0, enfim...

And... Some one should be drag trough the street and flogged in the public square. After that, every one should had the chance to pull a pubic hair from his derrière. Since he may not have any, that would take longer...

Before this tournament started Danish Bet had a 12 bets coupon where you had to predict the Euro 2016 in all

1. Who's going to win the trophy and
2 to 7 who will win each group (from group A to F)
I put Portugal as the winner in their group I did so after having studying the other- Hungary, Iceland and Austria.

Spain beating Turkey......
well to be fair Turkey aren't exactly quality opposition.
Do they look good so far?
Yes.
Do Italy and France?
Yes.

Judging a team on their performance against the likes of Turkey is.....well, a bit premature.

Let's not forget what happened in the second group game against Ghana and Germany in the world cup.

A little reminder that the score was 2:2.

And look what Germany did in that tournament.

For neutral fans it's good.
For German fans, it's not the sky falling in.
Far from it.

Was a pleasure to see Crybaby botch the penalty :haha:

A Scotsman walks into a bar, normally he'd be with an Englishman, an Irishman and a Welshman but they were at the Euros :O:

After have seen some of the test matches and read about other test matches from the team in that group I picked Portugal as the winner of the Group.

Todays matches was only Switzerland-France worth watching.

The first match between Romania-Albania was not so intense as the match I'm watching right now France-Switzerland.

Tomorrow it's

Russia-Wales
And
Slovakia-England

Wonder which match will be best to watch

In theory, yes. Speaking franklin Portugal team is not a bad one, or a great one. It's a good one (IMO) with some good players and one great one.
The problem for me is that it is a old team, with some players that can not pick the ball and run fast in an attack or counter-attack. We have young players that the coach do not use (from the beginning of the match or ever). Why? Possible the experience/youth dilemma? Maybe.
Ronaldo, besides all one can call him, for me, he is a great player and one of the best. And defend him, since he is Portuguese! He can be arrogant, crybaby, pretty, ugly, only do commercial for hair style, etc. But I respect all that since he is not something above critics or opinions.
He does poorly in our country team, but does great in RM. That is something not exclusive of him, other great Portuguese players suffer of that. Many players of his team are better than ours and so, explains a lot. Of course, that is no excuse for his behaviour or way of playing.
Portugal team also does not have a striker player, and who do you think they choose for that? Again, that is no excuse, since in the end, even I get mad for the results, I do not get angry. They win millions per month, I work for 500 €. They should only won some € if they won the competition, not X by game, possibly that would make them play better.
To end, about the last game, it was not a bad game, Portugal did (for me) play quite good, but didn't win. Austria was dangerous in the beginning and end of both parts, and had 3 or 4 chances of goal. Portugal dominated the game, but besides no scoring, I also saw a little of bad luck. And the Austrian goal keeper is there for a reason, to defend and he was the man of the match.

Tis in Englands own hands tonight. If they win, none of the other match scores matter.
