JSGME Error Message something like:
X Access Violation at address 004823AC in module JSGME.exe. Read of address 00000004. Caused by error(s) in the ***.mep file. Solution: Look for the modlist name you are activating, usually *name*.mep. My *.mep files are in the My Documents folder. Open up the *.mep file with notepad, wordpad, or some other text editor. The error you have is caused by three things. Same mod name listed more than once in *.mep file. Delete one and save *.mep file OR A blank space between mods. Delete space and save mod. OR **.mep file is saved with the blinking cursor at next line or more from the last mod. The blinking cursor should be at the end of the last mod, NOT next line or more. I have had this error come up when all mods have been enabled OR when JSGME window shows some, but not all mods, appear in activated mods window. JSGME may or may not give you the message, "Not responding". You close JSGME, reopen program, and all mods are there. :Kaleun_Thumbs_Up: Ok. When I now start the game with mods listed previously, activated and in place, when going into the Bunker,do I choose load the last entry which was docking at kiel after the memel start campaign, is this correct or if not, what?

If you still crash in bunker, try a last seved game as you came towards kiel :salute: |

2.load to save point prior to that-crashed Never get into the Bunker. Flags mod never had any problems with. only thing left-start new campaign, not first one as keep ending up in Kiel, happy times possibly. Graham. ps; This is purgatory, never ever come across this in any game I have or previously played. My games and Mod compilations have been on and off more times than a brides nightie. I trust that does not cause anyone an offence, non intended. |

Just had the same problem, with subflags ......... i've changed my mind, i don't think it's to do with subflags As-is ........... don't load game up obviously .......... leave all mods as-is in jsgme I want you to open the generic patcher As you open it it will ask you to accept etc etc, just click ok or press enter Goto the eighth line down (+) sign open it, disable that orbit patch See how that goes :salute: ps : on TS for a few hours from now |

Ignore the above, if you have done it just reverse it ................... Did the Baltic Operations Docked at kiel (this was lastnight, so i waited til just to set off on next skirmish) Fired game up, into bunker, had to sail with no mission as i was early finishing baltic operations, asap i got onto sub i clicked dock I got a ctd after choosing 'breaking the fortress' (i had disabled the orbit patch, so obviously this is not causing my ctd, hence above i say leave as it was or re-enable that patch) So i removed the subflags, took a .mep , reloaded mods, now without the sub flags, hey presto no ctd Looks for me subflags in kiel is the problem Will re-enable them after i move base, as i did previously with no ctd Hope that helps a tad :salute: |
