A british independant movie called "Hidiouse Kinky" (a romance :x)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0136244/
I belive its based on a book, anyway I saw it on a date with a Polish girl back in 1999, I can honestly say it was the dullest movie ever made, literally nothing happens
So boring we almost walked out.

Dont get me wrong, being the compromising boyfriend that I am- Ive sat though a fair amount of moden U.S & British Romantic comedies, I can just about tolerate them, but the formula is always the same, an hour of will they/wont they tension, then at the end it all goes to crap, then they miraculously get together at the end (usally on some public platform so a crowd can give them an applause, puke, puke....)
Im happy that Miss JU_88 is in to psycho thrillers, and 'who dun it' crime dramas, much more up my ally :) She'll even sit though the odd war movie so long as it has a decent narrative. :woot:

When I was 17 on a late Friday night and I may or may not have been toking, my friends managed to convince me to watch X-Men: The Last Stand with them (the only conditions in which I can be convinced to watch a movie involving superheroes).

Even sto... ahem... tired out of my mind, I was able to determine that was probably the flat-out worst combination of poor writing, poor directing, and poor acting I have had the displeasure of witnessing in my 23 years.

I like to think I have discerning tastes in films, which is why I have to be dragged by friends to watch a movie I even have an inkling is going to be bad. Sure, I could have watched something that was monumentally bad like this "The Room" I keep hearing about, but I should thank my lucky stars that the ones close to me aren't that cruel enough to subject me to that :salute:

Grease was the first 8-track I ever bought with my own money!!

And Michelle Pfeiffer stradling the stepladder in Grease 2? Worth the price of admission right there! Man she was hot!

Too bad, because there have been some very good ones, including the first two X-Men flicks. The Iron Man movies are probably the best of the best. Too bad you had to start with one of the worst.

Actually, I liked this movie...best comedy I ever saw, yet the producers expect us to take it so seriously. :woot::D:haha:

Seriously, this movie was pretty rough. When I sit down and watch it, I point to little things and start going, "That is crap"...."That didn't happen."..."Yeah, right." and "Isn't the HMS Bulldog supposed to be here somewhere?"

Flat, cardboard characters and a plot that reveals itself in the first fifteen minutes, "U-571" is a torpedo on a circle run.
