Well ya'all should check your world clocks a might closer.
It's still not yet 4:00pm in Berlin. It's now 3:45pm Berlin time, and according to the announcement it's set for release 4:00pm germany time.

EEhhhhmmmmm.....Berlin and Rome has the same time zone and here in Rome is 16:56.

I was going by the world clock on my cell phone, and forgot we are on dlaylight savings time. So my cell phon must be simply calculating off my time zone.:timeout:
