But I'm sure you can't put all people in the same bag, saying they're all the same.

I didn't change my mind, and didn't buy.

Yet, I still follow discussions around here because I'm interested in sub sims (surprise!), and hopes for a change for the better are allowed, right?

Yep, that's allowed :)

I did change my mind, and did buy.
I am kind of in the middle here.
On the one hand I will be arguing against those who say 'LOL this game sucke Ass'.
On the other hand I will be fighting back against those who say 'This game rocks, you should be grateful for what you get'.

Neither is entirely true. Both are true.

In the meantime I may try and make it better.
It may not be possible.

 well said!
as Steeltrap already pointed out, anonymous hidden in the net might reveal the monster in all of us sometimes .....

on topic:
neither can I defend SH5 nor can I condemn it. I don't play it, because I stick to "refuse to play until UBI removes the constant online-connection", which was my attitude even 5weeks ago. nothing has changed for me since then. I'm not interested in a "modified" .exe released by a group of pirates. in fact, I don't wish them to be successful, but it doesn't bother me at all.
I still wait for UBI to remove it officially.

as for the game itself, it's sad that it seems to be released half-baked. and you cannot ignore reviews written by mookiemookie or GoldenRivet who state that right now the game isn't worth buying (IMHO).

Well, it's got 14 one star reviews and one four star review now. Some one the reviewer names look familiar :DL.
