I want a replica U-boat Badge. Is it a pipedream to think such a replica could be included in a deluxe SH5 package?

Does it matter. As long as the game works I am good. Then again a working U-boat with a unique number with live torps would be cool:yeah:
|
1 unpack the package it came in in record time (useing my teeth if needed)
2 install the game 3 buy some mariuana and a case of beer while installing 4 start training missions 5 light up the joint and open a beer and look at sh-5 with open mouth and amazment! |
If there's 1 thing I learned it's that it's a lot easier to skipper a sub when you're not high as a kite. :rotfl2:
"Tutorial: Click the dial in the bottom-right of the screen to set your depth" ... "OK..." ... ... "Wait, what?" ... |
1. Watch intro movie.
2. Watch Load screen. 3. Stare at menu screen and compare to SHIII 4. Open museum and see how either amazing or horible the ships and Aircraft are moddled. 5. Start Acadamey missions. 6. Start single missions 7a. Start Campaign 7b. Make new missions for game. 8. Check for patches and or mods. :arrgh!: |
install , start, see the intro and configure settings to medium or high
start an academy or a single mission Test performance unistall buy a new Pc Install again apply a patch Test performance, interiors, water dynamics , weather, weapons , and how behave the boat in different situations, dive very deep, rough weather , aceleration, damage, crew ... Start a career or unistall :haha: |
Test crush depth.
Get disappointed with creaking noises. Start modding Thomsen's Sound Pack V4. |
Assuming i buy it before it hits the bargin bin:
1.) D/L latest patch. I imagine that might be numbered 1.4 or 1.5 2.) Watch intro 3.) Explore and examine all menu options 4.) Try the sub school to see what all the hub bub is about with the UI and rendered interior 5.) Sit back with a cup of coffee (or a 6 pack of beer), and carefully examine the file structure at a liesurely pace out of curiosity. 6.) Change the command hotkeys to that of SH3's layout of feasible. (did the same with SH4, its hard to change up after so many years of mashing the same hotkeys) 7.) One of three things will happen at this point: A. I D/L the latest mod and enjoy someone elses hard work for a change. (I still say GWX will reappear in some form. Modding is an addiction, just like any other) b. I end up being happy with the stock unmodded game. ( :haha: ) c. I end up on the endless modding loop again in some shape or form. I have no intention of it, but i know modding is addictive, and if you have an idea of what your doing, once you start cracking the files open, your kinda screwed. |
