Hope to see your mod around when the big interior mod is finiished. I love your lighting and dials mods,, really add to the atmosphere....and that blue light in the CT....superb:up:

And I hope in a forthcoming Version of this MOD I donīt need the MiniTweaker to activate the MOD in my game, only activated with JSGME !

Is it so ?

Yep, i tweak the regular halos with S3D and you simply have to activate it via JSGME.

hi raptor, quick question: i did those tweaks to my conning tower lights and ambient, now i have blue bulbs and bluish lighting around the bulbs, but there still is the red overall ambient light in the conning tower like the rest of the boat. do you know what string is responsible for the red lighting in the conning tower? thanks alot

(I'ts taken out of the CT File, every Part of the Boat has it's own!)
Ambient Lights Color: <--- This is the Ambient Lightning you must change.

Ambient light Color DAY = 3D3F43 - Day/Night must be correctly Type in, i think they were ASCII Codes.
Ambient light Color NIGHT = 6A1500
Fog NearDistance = -2
Fog FarDistande = 20
Fog Color = 3C3C3C

CT_Bulb_01: <--- This is for every Bulb that you already changed.

Intensity Outer Rim = 0,2
Intensity Inner Rim = 1,5
Intensity Center = 15
Color Outer Rim = E6E6E6
Color Inner Rim = F0F0F0
Color Center = EBF7EF

Good old Times with the ASCII Codes, today there are new that i've never seen.
I known some of them while i programming some things with WINMX. :hmmm:

[Edit]: I search something in Wiki, and it's not a ASCII Code, (A)merican (S)tandard (C)ode for (I)nformation (I)nterchange, is written like 0x03... like the problem i had with my Dials.Cfg

thanks alot for your reply. I tried all your settings, as well as trying much bluer colors for the ambient and bulbs, but I still get a red interior lighting, although the bulbs are bluish. It seems that the night red is coming from another file or something. no big deal

Hey,
The Red Ambient Light comes from the 'Ambient Lights Color'
in every part of the Boat, except when you've installed the OH Mod, then you just have to change the CR and CT.
Please Check every 'Ambient Lights Color'
Theres no Other Controll for the Ambient Light.

ah, thanks, it was the ambient setting in the CR file. Do you know when they used blue interior lights and when the red ones? In Das boot they seem to switch between red and blue. to bad we cannot switch the lights in game

Yup unfortunately it's not makeable even with mods.
They used the Blue lights mostly while Silent running, everything has to be quite, but sometimes they were switched on when they have to kill all lights, only necessary should be on. So i choose the Conning Tower, it's not shining out, but it is bright enough to see.
Red light was mostly switched on in CR at Night so that the Eyes could adjust to the Darkness outside.:shucks:

Do i need something else to add first before this mod works? I loaded it with LSH3 mod, adding your mod last but when im ingame there's no changes.

Edit: okay my bad i just read here i have to edit the menu file first and grab the open hatch mod.

Could someone make a tweak file for FM and DD's new Interior mod? Or does anyone know how to edit the bulb colors with S3D because I am having a bit of trouble with this.

Rapt0r- I also have some ambient night and bulb lighting/color values that worked well with each other if you'd like to see them. I can PM you the SH3tweaker values if you'd like.
