Being that we reside in the SH3 Mods Workshop means that we are always looking for ways to improve, change, modify, etc. new mods, exisiting mods, old mods, you name it. That's why it's called SH3 Mods Workshop.

To anyone concerned... ESPECIALLY moderators...

The ABOVE ATTITUDE is really what gets our guys hot... and for the reasons Danlisa and Jimbuna have mentioned.

You may view this as just another flame war... or that we are trying to suppress poor poor Racerboy... as much as he may make himself out to be the martyr...

DAMN IT!!! Talk about your blood-sucking, wannabe crusaders... Here we have an arrogant self-appointed witch-hunting, axe-grinding, bug maker digging at the splinter in our eye.

GWX 2.0 was released to the public JUST YESTERDAY... and we are somehow expected to keep our cool and let this attitude with feet go on and on and on.

Do something MEANINGFUL about the figgin' baiting!!! We are not known for attacking first, and we are SICK and TIRED of people who demand respect but give none.

People,

I am Modding a Mod for GWX 2.0,
But it is nothing that will change the base of GWX 2.0, more I agreed with Kpt.Lehmann and GWX team long before the GWX release that I wouldn't
release Mi Mod untill at least a weeck had pass from that release date!

It is not a bad thing if you make a Mod of your own
to be compatible with GWX 2, but I do entierly disagree
with a Mod that will change the based Modding of
GWX 2.0, at least at this soon of its release anyway !

I will call on everyone to calm down a bit!

Thought i do think Kpt L. and GWX team have the right to defend
their position and their hard work.

I believe also Racerboy has sometimes a way of writing
posts that are not the best!

This is way past My believes, I mean what is happening here,
but most of all I respect a team that gave us so much without
asking nothing in return...
the Only thing they ask is the right to defend their work,
protecting it, and Cortesy when someone asks the permision to
change something on their work !

@Kpt Lehmann

This is meant with no hidden agenda, but may I suggest that you first cool down, then consider to make an official GWX2.0 report bugs thread and ask a moderator to make it sticky. The sooner the better for your own sake.

I mean no harm when suggesting this, okay?

This could also serve as what you intend to fix/correct, if YOU think it needs corrected, and clarify what you DON'T think need to be fixed/corrected/altered (or which term you want to use).

In that thread in the main post, you could also mention, which optional gameplay mods, you intend to release...

Excuse me Carotio, but HOW ABOUT take a look at the orange text I quoted.

Furthermore, MOST of what is being reported is NOT GWX BUGS!

As far as bugs go... Racerboy DOES NOT want to compare notes.

TRUST ME.

Besides, Racerboy's statement is just (another) weak attempt to discredit our work.

What do you think the Sticky thread at the top of the page with over a quarter of a million views is?

If anyone has a bug to report, put it in the damn GWX sticky. If there is a problem with GWX, we will deal with it. If someone comes to that thread and says I was using so & so's mod and GWX doesn't work, tough noogies, contact the author of the mod, it's not GWX's issue.

Believe me, we do not want to see GWX this, GWX that spring up all over the forum.

I CHOSE not to comment that in detail, because I felt it was not such a positive comment from RBs side, maybe not the best way to say it, and if he thinks about it, he might too think, he should have said it in another way. But I CANNOT comment it further, because I'm not RB, at least I think we can agree on that ;) , so I shouldn't be expected to comment that in detail.

But I was serious about my last comment above. You should make such a thread!
Nautilus42 did report a bug in a urfisch thread the other day, which I have seen as well :yep: . If you make such a thread, then it would move some of the traffic to your thread about comments and bug reports, right? As of now, bug reports and comments are all over the place. GWX2.0 may have been released in public 1 day ago OFFICIALLY, but it was out sooner due to your donation gimmick plus the unmentionable other places, so a lot of people have allready tried it for about a week or so. Enough time for having that thread, so go make it! It's just a friendly suggestion! :yep: Besides you had one with the old version too...

When I look it says something about content and where to download in the main post. Not that it is a bug report thread. That it serves that purpose too isn't obvious to anybody then.

Then maybe update the main post with info of current WIP of fixes or something

Do not take the bait....that is why it is called baiting. I do something meaningful now. Lock the thread. Can not ban everyone with a difference of opinion, does not see eye to eye, is not graceful enough in the way they convey their message via written word. Digs at, throws innuendo at, drops a dime or is just annoying. It is the forums with many walks of life, ideas and backgrounds. Not everyone will agree on everything all the time.

That was totally unnecessary, :nope: I have not seen Team GW "patting themselves on the back", they just released their hard work to the public. I've asked you not to be rude on several occasions. Five days in the Brig.
