GOOD NEWS

Glad she's outta there. I bet the judges knew the "back lash" would of been far worse for them.

Can you say LAWSUIT?! assault with a deadly weapon, bodily harm, cruel and unusual punishment, torture, that list would go on and on.

There's something to be learnt from this charade.

We must start lashing all Hispanic people called 'Jesus', as they clearly insult the Miracle Meister.

All I want to know is if Jesus turned water into wine, why does the church turn wine back into water?

I'm glad it's all over and a semblence of common sense prevailed.

Had she of been punished more harshly, it would have been the people of Sudan who would have suffered the probable repercussions of withdrawl of aid etc. and not the idiots who imposed any such punishment :damn:

Had she not been punished at all, the people of Sudan may have sufferd as well due to
riots from the hard-liners.
Thats not a justification, but is something to consider.

I suppose either way, the general population of Sudan would be the real sufferers.....not discounting the British woman of course.

micky1up 11-30-07 08:23 AM

now thousands are marching in the streets calling for her execution ,thats enough i say cut all aid and all ties with this barbaric and intollerant nation to put it plainly ******* them

DeepIron 11-30-07 08:37 AM

This episode was one of the most absolutely stupid exercises of Islamic intolerance I've ever read about... And who suffers the most in this? The kids... :nope:

Desert religions.

Leave deserts wherever they show up.

To hell with it. Especially Arabia once was a place where many cultures, cults, sects, ethicities lived together, sometimes robbing each other, sometimes lving peacefully side by side. That colourful mixture could have been one of the centres of today's global trade and knowledge, the precodntions were almost ideal: great advanatge over europe during the early medieval, many trading routes into all directions, many different people alraedy having made contact to each other. then came the religion of peace, and look what the place degenerated into: an intolerant, aggressive, devious mono-culture. Something similiar could be said about Persia/Iran.

What is, and what could have been. Tragic. Praise to Muhammad. One knife in one man's throat - how much would mankind have been saved from. Instead: many knifes in many people's throats, hate, intolerance, aggression, intimidation. Praise to Muhammad. If I would believe in hell, I am sure he would have been booked for one of the president's suite they have down there.

Now it has just turned into blood thirsty fun and way out of hand. It looks to me that it is crazed lunacy and certainly this woman has now been vilafied beyond the scope of just naming a bear after a Diety.

DeepIron 11-30-07 09:46 AM

Now they want to shoot her?!?!

http://www.cnn.com/2007/WORLD/africa...ars/index.html

This is clearly getting out of hand...

"The marchers took to the streets after Friday prayers to denounce the sentence as too lenient."

Ah-ha, pray first, kill later?

"Marchers chanted "Shame, shame on the UK", "No tolerance - execution" and "Kill her, kill her by firing squad"."

If I were a Westerner in Sudan, I'd be getting on the next aircraft out and leave these ignorant peasants to their hatred, intolerance and stupidity... :damn:

And thus the UK assembled, men, women, children, pets, animals, and joined each other in perfect harmony with a unanimous gesture to Sudan:

You Brits are much more tolerant. In America, we'd remove the index finger...

Actually, in support of this woman all that are not part of the country should leave and any aid offered to Sudan should be leaving with them. I mean really, it has turned into a pack of wolves who smell the kill. They are not thinking straight. Lunacy!!!
