When get up from your desk (in the middle of a convoy intercept) and run through the kitchen yelling "Make a hole" to get to the bathroom.

When they are doing roadworks outside and everytime a truck reverses you think it is a collision alarm . (P.S. I hate road crews that start work at 7am!)
