A Stormy Night in Berlin. The distortion in the shape of the Brandenberg Gate is caused by the camera angle (& my poor photography)... the top of the gate does not slope in the painting

I painted something similar a little while back, only much smaller... this one is 16X12" on canvas

Beautiful paintings Eich. No squirrel on canvas?

:Kaleun_Cheers:

Just saw this...

I like. Familiar, but the "blurred" look makes it just far enough off of 'reality' to make it seem like a picture out of a book or movie (or even better, a game).
Just enough to give you the setting, but not enough to stop your imagination running wild with what you see.

Very cool.

Is the man walking toward you being followed?
Is he following someone that is out of your view?
Is he on his way to meet someone?

Are the two in the car in the foreground spies on their way to a contact?
Are they being tailed by the car behind them?
Are both cars police responding to a call/crime?
Is the person in the car on the far left (which appears to be stopped) watching the car that is on the right (appears stopped and to have a door open) pick up someone in the crowd?
Is the car on the right watching the car on the far left?
Will anyone suceed in what they are planning/doing?

Is Barracuda making stuff up as he goes?
Is he putting in everything that he saw/thought of?
Is anyone believing anything he has typed here?
Is he just putting stuff in to pad the length of his post?
Will he ever stop?
Should you keep reading?
What will Eichhörnchen paint next?
Will he post it here?
What will you eat for dinner (or breakfast or lunch)?
When was the last time you read so many questions in a row?
Should you go watch a spy movie now?
Which one?
How many?
In what order?
