Oh they do. I have a bunch of my kills in caps I'll post later. Even one that's under water and explodes.
All variations I have seen. Steve |

One of my favorites. I put a fish into this ship. Then another. Still wouldn't sink so I surfaced and used the deck gun. Lovely. http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1..._liverpool.jpg My trip to Liverpool. http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1...the_bottom.jpg And a trip to see Davey Jones. Couldn't find the one with the underwater explosion. U812 |
January 1940, U-55 heads through a storm at flank speed to intercept a convoy reported off the Irish coast...

At first I noticed the TC go down to 1, so asked for the nearest visual contact, which replied with the likes of "nearest contact, bearing 300, range 0m" - headed up top side but couldn't see anything, so asked again and it was now bearing 190 at 300m (presumably it was a task force or some such and one had already passed without notice) - then that pops out of the mist and I crash dive ASAP, somehow I managed to go undetected though, guess they were even less awares than I was.

Anybody got some screens of Bismarck sinking?
|
Those are my first screenies ever on Subsim lol.
Credit to Captnhelm lights mod that gave me the idea on what parameters to tweak for those results. http://front1.monsterup.com/upload/1268801685351.jpg http://front1.monsterup.com/upload/1268801685784.jpg http://front1.monsterup.com/upload/1268801686281.jpg |
