Salmond eventually failed as a politician and is now going into show business it would appear :O:

Quote:

Alex Salmond opened his first Edinburgh Fringe chat show by welcoming to the stage his "good pal" - Brexit minister David Davis.
The former first minister surprised the crowd of 350 at Edinburgh's Assembly Rooms with his choice of guest.
He introduced Mr Davis as "the next prime minister of the United Kingdom, perhaps the last prime minister of the United Kingdom".
Mr Salmond will perform 18 sold-out shows at the Fringe.
He has promised light-hearted banter and a few behind-the-scenes-revelations from his time in office.

Nigel Farage has said his friendship with Donald Trump is probably why a Hollywood studio is interested in making a TV series about Brexit.
An unnamed studio is reported to be in talks to adapt The Bad Boys of Brexit - former UKIP donor Arron Banks's account of Mr Farage's Brexit campaign.

According to the Sunday Times, Benedict Cumberbatch is being tipped to play Mr Farage, although the former UKIP leader joked: "I have to play myself, obviously."

A sharp increase in pest control costs in the Palace of Westminster has been blamed on the amount of work being done on the crumbling estate.
Explaining last year's £132,619 bill, Commons authorities said increased maintenance projects had "disturbed pests and made them more visible".
The mouse problem has got so bad, with sightings reported daily....

Machine guns, flame throwers, few tanks and one working nuclear missile should do the trick. :03:
