Did they ever do that in real life? It seems like it would make it easier for the allies to identify individual boats.

Anyways, right now I'm using the classic Schwartz Katzen.

Pre-war, U-Boat numbers were displayed on conning towers but were removed when war broke out. I also use the "Black Cat" emblem, seeing as I have two of the &£!@~* living with me!

I've seen an image of U-45, with the number painted on the tower in white color. But it might be a pre-war picture.

No numbers during hostilities AFAIK :nope:

I changed emblem for this new patrol.
I would be completely anonymous at the moment with it.

My men paint a different tower number after every attack, as part of the scheme to fool the Allies into thinking that the Atlantic is swarming with U-boats, which will eventually lead to their surrender. :rotfl:

Vamp chick was originally done by Razorback a cool artist.

I've modeled the scene around her and then added her to it.

Ofcourse I have to censor her because of forum rules. :lol:

This is the emblem I like to use. It is the same (or similar, at least) to the emblem used by "Ali" Cremer on his boat U-333. The white is transparent.

I don't have a screenshot of it in game because my computer is too slow to be playing around with external views.
