Perform :hmmm: You mean produce and mount. No, it was all done by the municipality (the crest can bee seen above the inscription) for free.

That's a nice little touch Betonov....I had to mount mine myself.

Some grand scheme by our mayor, tourist purposes. The plaques themselves were actually made and mounted by volunteers. Our mayor has the influence to raise an army, let alone 5 volunteers to beautify the municipality

Edit: ups, found it on Google, the bloody piper. Something like that, but our mayor wont play the pipes, but the booze bottles :D
