For all the good it does Trump, I don't think Dewey, Cheatem & Howe could do any worse.

Isn't it telling, how Trump and his political affiliates try to get Judges and AG's fired, instead of proving they did nothing wrong as they claim daily, and loudly on social media and media outlets? There is only one set of laws even if you think it's a two-tiered justice system. It is, by the way. Trump is getting treated far better than any other criminal defendant in the country.

And meanwhile the Big Guy continues to get away with many of the same things like influence peddling, classified document mishandling, collusion and racketeering just like Hitlery got away with the same things. Two tiers means Republicans get the law set on them while Democrats get a pass. Don't confuse that with whatever you treatment you think Trump is getting.

On one hand he demands the accused must prove their innocence.

On the other hand he demands the prosecution must prove guilt of the accused.

The Defendant needs to convince a Jury the Prosecution's case does not meet the requirements for a conviction, the Prosecutor needs to convince a Jury the evidence is compelling enough to gain a conviction. Law 101. :har:

But no need to worry, Alina Habba says Trump is so intelligent he doesn't need to prepare for trial and it's in the bag.

As I use to say to my Danish and Swedish friends-You can't blame others than yourself..The combination of given votes throughout the last 4 decades has turned Denmark and Sweden into what it is today.

Same goes with the American voters.

I haven't been voting since 2002-Reason our politician are more eager to serve the EU than the country they represent and other things

In which way have Biden arrested former President Trump ?

I have had the impression that Trump has created the situation, in which he has been arrested on two occasion, by himself.

Biden made the ultimate decision to use the law to prevent Trump from running for president again, which is what this is really all about. His Attorney General is only obeying his orders, albeit willingly.

Remember, it was then Vice President Biden who suggested using an antiquated, centuries old law called the Logan Act to prosecute Michael Flynn. The man is quite willing to pervert the justice system to go after his enemies.
