Wast of money and why? Councils have a habit using cheap nasty materials that only last for six months if you are lucky. My council uses rubbish and the pot holes return anywhere from a a month to three months.

Fell asleep near the end so unless he gave something away after that point the budget was of absolutely no use to me and the bride.

I was hoping for an increase in the personal savings interest allowance.
