A legal question.
Isn't it a kind of conflict when two of Trump's cases have the same prosecutors?

The 6th Jan. case and the case with these secret papers.

It was written in a Danish article where it said that Jack Smith have these two cases the first is about the 6th Jan case and the case with secret papers.

I understand from your response that it is incorrect The prosecutor Jack Smith shall not prosecuting two of Trump cases.

Wonder why this Danish article mentioned that Jack Smith should be Trumps prosecutor for the 6th Jan case and the case with these secret papers. When it's not true according to you.

Two Federalist Society lawyers are now saying Trump is disqualified from running by section three of the 14th Amendment.
