Came across a British submarine in bad weather, i opened fire and to my surprise it dived, strangely it also ejected its torpedos (by this i mean it didnt launch them because as soon as they left the tube they just started to sink)

First hit blew up everything, but caused it to stop dead instantly. because of this my other torpedos sailed past in front of the ship and i only had 2 torpedos left which did nothing

however i did notice that one pic had an ensign flag flying from the wintergarden flagpole behind the bridge. is that for real? if so, where/how do you get it?
