They told me the new brain was too big so they had to borrow one from one of the lab rats. Tragically, it was a perfect match. I haven't been able to walk right since.

What's in your head, I can never find in mine. The sort you must hang with.

Can we get back on a topic that makes sense.

The only sense I subscribe to is nonsense.:har:

If you're curious what sort I hang with, check a mirror. After all I'm hanging here with you and the rest of Steves' patients.

Hey Wernher,
Is your move completed for the most part?:woot:

I came up with a job for Wernher. On the sh4 forum, I assigned a new shipmate, his name is 21kamando, to sneak on to shore a blow up a Japanese pile of supplies. Wernher, can you accompany him and bring back a bunch of toilet paper before he blows it up. Armistead and Wolferz have been using up our supply to decorate the bilge. I think it was Donna's suggestion.

Wolferz 04-06-13 06:34 PM

Decoration?

Nooooooo.

The TP is for my bung hole.:oops:http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/b...-cornholio.jpg

Excuse me...sorry guys. I'm obviously in the wrong place. Just thought I'd look in the Ubirats bilge for a second...then I saw the above picture. I'm out of here!

Geez, that was like walking into a mental institution.... :nope:

No, not quite yet. I'm still waiting for furniture deliveries. I came up to PA knowing that a delivery was coming in a couple of days. Then I got a call advising me that the furniture delivery date had to be pushed back due to an out of stock piece that they were waiting for from the manufacturer. In the meantime, I placed another furniture order with the same company and they called again to say that the delivery date was being pushed back again, and that they would call me to schedule the new date.
That was about 4 days ago. I still haven't received a call with the new schedule date, so I'll have to call them on Monday. I also still have paperwork to complete for my health benefits on retirement and I've been trying to contact my accountant to add an amendment to my tax returns. I think she was away on vacation so I'll have to call her again on Monday too.
I just finished repairing the vinyl fence in the backyard yesterday, looks just like new. Always something to do, always.

Armistead 04-06-13 08:47 PM

Post some pics when you get done.

If you need a hand... I'm most always available.:)

Except right now, I'm back to full time nursing duties for wife 2.0.
She hurt her back taking the dog to the vet after the dog hurt her hind leg jumping off the back porch. The dog is doing better but the wife managed to pass out from the pain and did a tree fall into the floor breaking her jaw in three places and fracturing her pelvic ring. Got her jaw wired shut for her troubles.:nope: One would think it would be a blessing to have the spouses' mouth closed for a couple of months but that isn't the case. Preparing a liquid diet is a pain in the scones.:hmmm:
Women! I guess the wo part of that noun is correct.:haha:

Oh well, it's not as bad as the black ice incident of seven years ago where she did a low altitude sky dive in the parking lot at work, breaking two bones in her left arm and two bones in her left leg. The full cast on her leg made for some exciting days of potty chair assistance and the subsequent honey pot maintenance. It took four years to get her over that rough patch. And now I find myself doing it all over again.
Time to seek out wife 3.0? Donna? anybody?
Woe is me.:wah:

Note to self: Install fenced railing on back porch ASAP!

WernherVonTrapp 04-07-13 07:48 AM

Sounds to me like your spouse is accident prone, and, that you are a faithful, loving and loyal husband.

@Armistead:
Certainly, I will post picks when it's done.:03:

That's debatable.:O: I'm sure wife 1.0 would choose to disagree. But, that's what she got for being a stupid CU (rhymes with shunt):haha:

Here's your program so you can tell the players from the fans.:D

Watch out for Armistead. He's the most unstable banana in this bunch.

I've already made friends with Armistead. I guess that may say something about my "stability". :o
