I have two subscriptions, how do I cancel one of them?

I donated today but still i am not captain :(

Neal (forum owner) is currently driving across various parts of the USA so has less time than he would like to oversee matters and even then he is reliant on wi-fi connection.

Send him a PM and I'm confident he will get you sorted at the earliest opportunity.

Hello sub captains!

I seem to have some trouble downloading from the Bonus section. My subscription should run out 2015 but I don't seem to be able to download, I just get sent to the "BONUS MODS READ ME FIRST" page when I try to download a bonus mod. Any clues on what can be wrong?

I have do donation.
After donation, it want make do a paypal to me.
but i don't want (i have pay with a visa).
an have closed page.
the payment was do, i'm sure because myself have recharged money on card this morning and now they don't be in card.
The donation was for first officer.
The Visa was of my sister.
i must use for payment the e mail of my sister, because my e mail have a paypal but there is no money.
I can't also download.

Auto Renewal?
 

I would like to donate via credit card. However, I do not like to sign up for recurring charges. I would prefer to authorize each transaction when the time comes. Is this a problem?

The recurring subscription is not automatic and can only be repeated if you choose. I myself use a card linked to my PayPal account and my authorisation is needed before any funds are transferred. Neal (the forum owner) would have it no other way. I like a great many others in this community have never experienced a problem.

I've donated a few bucks annually for the last couple of years and I'd like that to continue but I don't have a PayPal account and don't want a PayPal account so I'm not clear on how I accomplish a donation. Suggestions?
