Hey... I think... yeah, I'm sure I saw Sailor Steve in there somewhere. :D

Well, to move back to the topic of naughty place names in Canada we have Indian Head, SK and Dildo NF. Honest.

We did have what was nicknamed the 'Biker Dude' avatar around here once, not sure if it's still in use. :hmmm:

Guess I'll find out soon enough.

You know, when your 8 years old, the whole gay thing with the Village People just doesn't register. You just think, "Cool! They look like Fisher Price Adventure People!" Then when you're in your teens it dawns on you...:o

They' weren't all gay though. Only some of them were, at least that's what I've read on Wikipedia.
The music is great, I like 1970's disco music. The bass line with the disco drum beat. Great stuff. |

Unless you seriously think the cowboy is the hot one. :O: BTW there's something about the expression on the face of the guy at the top right of that picture... almost like he's suddenly asking himself, OMG what have I gotten myself into? |

Yeah, I think the Biker Dude is one of the members that wasn't gay. Have any of you guys ever seen the Village People movie, "Can't Stop the Music?" A terrible movie but for all the right reasons. It even has a young Steve Guttenberg in it... rollerskating... through Greenwich Village! :rotfl2:Oh and did I mention that Bruce Jenner is in it as well? In little, tiny shorts :timeout:?
Now that I've derailed the thread, back on topic, er what was the topic? Hmm, ladies, devices, Village People... saucey por, ah, yes! Saucey port names. Quote:

The big attraction for me was that the bar was situated on the second floor of a combination parking structure and business mall, which provided a great view of 8th Street and the life going on around there. God I miss my old town. This pointless diatribe was brought to you by: krashkart - SUBSIM tenant in-progress Quote:
Hrm... saucy port names. I'm fresh out myself. However, there is a town somewhere out west called Butte, and their high school football team call themselves the Pirates. Outside of town the road signs read: Welcome to Butte - Home Of The Butte Pirates. Do you see where this is going? :rotfl2: |
