Something I recently tracked down and have been listening to quite a bit lately is the complete soundtrack for the game Star Trek: Klingon Academy, which is an original score penned and conducted by Israeli-born composer Inon Zur. It was performed using a full orchestra and chorus, making excellent use of both. The operatic style and gothic feel of the music fit the atmosphere of the game perfectly, and most of the tracks are good enough to stand on their own (though most are on the short side)

A few more. First from the vaults, Superlungs, Terry Reid performing "Dean" live at Glastonbury Fair in 1971. Note Alan White of Yes playing drums.
