Reduce crew management to 0
Addin custom\random start screens etc
Reduce\lengthen days in port
Reduce gun reload rates and much much more

Sounds very interesting! I will have to get this too but I think that I am going to spend a little more time at sea first getting to know my new ship before I delve off into another mod at this time. Thanks for the info! :ahoy:
