I know that this is a stupid question, but where can I find this Lanczos? I can't find it on google!

I've tried drawing myself, and it looks more like an alien than a Swastika!

Try the resample/resize feature of Photoshop, it probably also has the Lanczos algorithm. If not use some other built-in algorithm, one that is good for enlarging images.

Don't see me as a complete idiot; I'm just a noob when it comes to Photoshopping! I'm better off hunting convoys in the Atlantic! But I noticed that the picture quality crashes if I try and resize it. Any suggestions?

Marhkimov 12-17-05 03:02 AM

It depends what you are making... If it's for a sig or something significantly small, then quality is of little consequence.

But if you want to make a desktop, you could try using the sharpen and blur tools to help you.

Fine, I want to make it a large picture!
But what good is blur???

(I'm completely messed up       )

Gizzmoe 12-17-05 03:06 AM

I´ve resized it with Irfanview, 150%:

Is it good enough?
