The Spirit of Christmas.
 

A couple of days ago I "bumped" into Santa at the local shopping centre.

He looked hot and uncomfortable so I bought him a cool drink. He thanked me and said he'd make sure I got an extra gift for Xmas. We both had a chuckle at that and I went on my way.

When I got home there was all these packages at my front door. Plastic containers with pre cooked meals. Curries and Stews. My next door neighbour had cooked them for me for Xmas. How nice.:):)

Ho ho ho, anyone got snow? None here in South Texas, but it is kinda cool.

Couple of weeks ago for a few days, soon tuned into deadly ice. Health and Safety Officer here at work slipped over and went off work sick. All gone now.

Just had my first injection of Happy Juice (St Austell Brewery's "Proper Job")

Now that the actual (but not real) day is here, I'll add to the compliments. It's been dry the last week, but we woke up this morning to a nice new blanket of snow. Not too many complaints.

Ooh, shiny!

Got some here in Ohio. Actually had to put the company truck into 4 wheel drive to get out of a ditch.

Our Christmas is not a very happy one this year.
Mother in Law was brought home to spend her last few days with family and I just got a call that my father is in the Hospital.

When it rains it pours I guess.
