@Jim & H-B thanks for the financial help offers Sirs :salute:
Lets see what this bugger weighs in at first. I sent a pair of bolt cutters to Florida for a pal a couple years back, IIRC it only came to around £35 and that was courier, (bloody big bolt cutters too ;) ) Appreciate the thought chaps  This is some forum isn't it, hats off shipmates ! Best regards. Fubar2Niner |
You knows where I is :03:

Hopefully my post office dont charge me too much for transport :salute:

The 8800 GTX is a performance monster compaired to the 5450. I guess you would need 5 of the 5450 to beat 1 8800 GTX in SH3 gaming. And best of all, it is PCIE 16x and will fit fine. Good luck with the card.

Joining In the frey...
where are we at? whart is the GPU? what is the PSU? digging around my Drawers i have an ATI X1650 GPU here http://techreport.com/r.x/radeon-x1650xt/card.jpg that would fit, but no PSU :-/ and the PSU indicated is 350 minimum. Can renew the Paste on the GPU and maybe supply a RAM stick or two. can we have a complete rundown/List of the Machine parts, to see if anything else is needed? |

To ask the question to toni07 Directly:
can you open up your PC box and see for me, how many RAM sticks do you have? one or two? Your machine can have 2x2GB RAM = 4 GB -->3.5 (+/-) RAM for your Windows On monday at work i can see if we have some RAM that can be used with your Machine, and i hope i find 2x2GB of RAM to send to you. Or maybe you only need one... Thank you for the Link for the Manual, it is good to have this precise information!:) |
