I remember the velcro fasteners....until I learnt how to tie a shoelace :DL

Velcro is now left to the younger and older of or society. The young who can't tie yet and the old that can not reach the laces long enough to make the knot!

Well, every generation has it's own disease. We had those boots in blue, like the group KISS had in the late '70s. :haha: Anyone remembers that?

I was listening to KISS when I was in 6th grade. I went to their concert. My brother still listens to KISS! :DL

I got a pair of velcro sneakers and my kids were embarrassed for me. They said that is for old people. Oh well...if the shoe fits, wear it as they say. :DL

And I'm so old I considered KISS to be young upstarts. Still can't stand 'em.
