Sexual desire leads us to seek a partner. However, many religious groups teach that sexual desire equals lust and is sin. Sexual desire, fantasy, sexual urges stem from puberty and are natural, it only comes lust when it seeks to take or cause harm. The problem I have is many churches tell teens masturbating is evil, unless you can do it without sexual thought, etc... Shoot, when I went to a fundy church when young, we were told having sexual thoughts was adultery.
Lust has nothing to do with a females virginity, unless you lie or force yourself. Covet biblically means to take what isn't yours. The greek word for lust was commingly used in reference to adultery, because men would take another man's wife, which was his paid for property.
