Look, all im saying is none of you are in any position to judge me, as i would not do the same. No matter what, you people do not know me personally. And you cant just judge a book by its cover.

The law doesn't allow you to smoke. You were engaging in an illegal activity on company time/premises. Therefore, you got fired.

No one here is able to judge a book by its cover. All we have to judge you on is your own words and actions.

What you are still failing to see is that nobody here is judging you by anything other than what you have said, and more importantly how you've said it. The reaction you're getting is to what you yourself have written. That's how you come across. You whine about the things all teenagers whine about, but here you're whining to the grownups, and when we call you on it you whine some more.

All you need to do is stop the whining, and people will stop pointing it out. It's that simple.

I think that's pretty silly you got fired for it, UNLESS you we're told not to smoke. Then, that's your own fault.
