I see ghost or spirit sometimes though very rare and at all times only mentally(really not made up or imagined) and for a very short of time(like when one walked past the wall, 'ran' past a closed door or being inside an inanimate object) but then again when they appear as mental picture I do not dare to look with my eyes. One even flew across a well lit room full of people in broad day light to point me to a person and it pointed me the right direction(person), but I didn't see that one only felt its obvious ripple of energy wave as it flew across the room which no one else seemed to notice though. The only occurrence they are somewhat helpful.

I now stock a syrup bottle of holy water and it has been added with small blessed salt and anointing(blessed) oil, the last two given by neighbor, the last from Germany I've been told. . . .and no I'm not superstitious. I just know a little better.

I remember the first day I prayed the a prayer in which one repeatedly call out the name of Jesus and I did that quietly in my room and something came over(well technically I didn't feel something came but heard a very loud sound) that made the sound like a very very very powerful noisy wind(in fact the most powerful wind sound I've ever heard in my entire life) . . . .which no one else in the house seemed to be able to hear. I swear I knew it was standing to the right of me and it was making a very noisy sound of a crazy **** windstorm like sound(outrageously powerful wind so much so I thought it could wake the whole neighborhood). Turned out that could happens sometimes when you pray that prayer according to other people who pray the prayer regularly but asked to exercise caution as it may or may not be from God and you supposed to ask it to identify itself and if it was from God it would likely tell you a verse from the bible meant for you. Other people who pray the prayer would just attribute it to imagination because they don't know or haven't experienced anything like that but I know it wasn't but it only happened once and I never try it again now, well few subsequent prayers didn't result in the sound of the mighty wind making appearance.

As for ghosts...I've had some experiences that cannot be explained that made the hair on my neck go up. But in response to the first post, my brain operates by collecting the data and then deciding an outcome based on the data I collected. I observe and I see what's going on before I react. Sometimes I mess up but mostly I do not.
so it's all totally dependent on the situation.

I've had enough paranormal experiences over my lifetime that I have no doubt "something" is going on.

I lean more to the "alternate dimension" theory than to the "spirits of the dead" theory however.

Well from my experience some of them appear to be humanoid with two legs, body and figure like us. Another has two eyes and mouth much like a human. I only see them for a very short time so I can't give exact detail though I see enough detail to notice a few details of them.

I don't know about the flying thing but it certainly not of this world. But I think it knew my mind and reacted by flying to point me a person which turned out to be the right person.

Anyway paranormal is just a word I'm sure they are just as natural as the trees. I'd think spirits too are of another dimension and they may not only comprise of dead people spirit. In fact I think dead people spirits should not be wandering around, they should get their rest.

But the one spirit that I saw that I will never forget is that Of Christ. His face shines beyond everything I've known. The light coming from His face was #!$!$#@!#@!! overwhelming that not even His figure could be seen.
I was then a 7th grader, a Catholic who never read the bible and who expected to see a bearded man in robe when he asked to see Jesus face. What I was confronted next was beyond my expectation of the person Jesus Christ and it was Jesus Christ as I was given out of the world love for Christ just before I was shown Him :doh:
