together with MFM this mod stretches RAM size to the limit

Ummm....I think Rik´s SH5 water for SH3 is the most demanding environment.

Do you mean this?

SH-5 Water for GWX 3.0 V0.9 20 Km Atlantic campaign (default)

I get it enabled already

Yes. It is more demanding (FPS) than MEP v3. I don´t like the SH5 water for SH3: I see brownish shadows on the waves; the MEP v3 is better for me.
