I'm not sure, but I believe the 7 subs referred to variants of the Type VII. - maybe VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, VIIC/41, VIIC/42, VIID, VIIF?

I do believe they said somewhere - 7 unique submarine skins. ;)

It was in the thread started when info about the Collector's Edition was released - there was a link to the Ubi blurb about what was included in it, which said there were 7 sub skins.

Edit: found the thread, here's the pic from Ubi that was posted:

It was a bit confusing, since the second to last item on the list could be read as 7 unique submarines (one bonus) and enemy ship skins (another different bonus). Since it's known now that only the Type VII is available as a playable sub in the game, it seems apparent that the item in question refers to only one bonus item, i.e., 7 unique ship skins for subs and/or enemy ships.

It should have another brow line near the stern and two spring lines running from bow to the dock near the stern and a stern spring line running from the stern to the dock near the bow.

The spring lines prevent the boat from moving back and forth.

A rope not attached to anything is called a rope. The moment you attach it to anything it's called a line.

Menner, alles klar? :know:

Haha, I once told someone I was sailing with "No! This is a rope" *holds coil in my hand while standing on the dock* *throws coil onto the boat's deck* "That is a line! Got it?" *points*

Those awesome devs , they do listen to us . But i already knew that .

I see the deck gun casting a shadow, as well as some of the dockside equipment.

Not the guy standing on the dock, though.

My guess is that the game will soon be released only half-finished and buggy as hell. It will then be 'finished' over the next couple of years through a series of 'update' installments when logging onto their servers to play.

I think I'll pass.

Did you expect SH5 to be the first game to have dynamic shadows from every single light source? :hmmm:

The source of light for the center-far figures shadow and illumination seems to be exactly from the lamp over the right-near figure's head.

I watched Neal's first video and I'm sure the dynamic shadows are not created by real lights but by invisible sources of light... but it looks very good for me now.
Strange, one video looks better that thousand of screens...

I've visited the U-Play website.
Did I hear that lady say: Modifications will be stored at this service?

Can somebody confirm this?
(I do hope I 'm wrong)

I seem to have missed that.
interesting (and funny):
the "U-play Win"-rewarding system.
some extras you will be provided with after reaching certain levels or successes.
I guessed there is a way to get the laser-gun after sinking the Hood twice! http://www.my-smileys.de/smileys3/hammer_2.gif
