What you speak, people?
This person used my ideas, my realisation and my stuffs from WAC_DFa_FlagPens_BrHatch_test, GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010, LSH3-5_DFa_Flag&Pens_test and others without the permission... DF antenna, Flag, Pennants, animated bridge hatch, crew bodies, head 04 and so on... :nope: It is called larceny. Shame... |

and attentively read his readme! I see you do not understand about what speech... Citate: "Credits: -------- Anvart für seinen SH4 Flagenmod Racerboy ..." It's phrase (above) about SH4StyleFlags mod. But this person has stolen at me stuffs of WAC_DFa_FlagPens_BrHatch_test (GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010, LSH3-5_DFa_Flag&Pens_test), Hands_look_better, Head4 and so on... In other words, method of non-standard use of SMSystem for animations of any objects, Up/Down and Rotate of DF antenna, all Pennants (models, textures, animations) and Up/Down of Pennants, animated bridge hatch, my part of crew bodies and head4 and so on. Do you understand? He simply has arrogated my stuffs, my work. ... If this person would ask the permission to use these stuffs in his mods, i would not allow to make it, because i do myself mods with these stuffs (DF antenna, Flag and Pennants on turm) for GWX 3.0, WAC 4.1, LSH3 v.5 since 2009... It's my business! ... And I do not like such devil-may-care relation of some visitors of this forum to my work. |
Seems the 'Credit Wars, are about to begin again.
:nope: We all went through this awhile back. Infact? There is a sticky about it up there. Anvart is well within his rights as they were decided here long ago. :know: |

... And i already do not have any desire to continue modding at this forum... |
Did you notice that camera focus rate, on the deck for exemple, are different between ver. 2.11 and 2.12 ?
Is there any way that allows to have 2.11 focus (real angle-of-view, i believe) for the last releases, ver. 2.12 ? Will apreciate some help, if possible, as i don't speak german. Best regards. |

PS hows your surfacing sound coming? I hope you haven't dropped it:timeout: |
Hi, Brett,:salute:
I believe there are some major improvements : Texture resolution seems to be better, UZO aspect is better, a black and red emblem on the CT, and - what is a problem for me - deck camera's angle of view is different (too wide, i mean)...and your weathered CT has no effects...:wah::wah: For my new Diesel start engine sound, i'm waiting for sh3.sdl modification, as en-route diesel sound might be very different as it is now. In the meantime, i've done some "trying session" with synchronization. This is a bit difficult, but not impossible (i guess). Regards |

UPDATE: to make any of my conning tower textures to work with v 2.12 of testpilots u boat: 1. open any of the conning tower Mod folders and navigate to \data\Textures\TNormal\tex 2 make a copy of "NSS_Uboat7c_coning.tga" and rename that copy "NSS_Uboat7B_coning_TP.tga" (without the quotation marks ) this fix will work for any of the conning tower mods actually testpilot has done such a good job at texturing this model that I would be VERY tempted to make a special set of weathered textures for this model exclusively. Of course I would need his permission....and anvarts....and who else.....hmmm.....any uboat aces who also happen to be lawyers? |
Ok, many thanks, Brett,
I will try your fix in the next few hours :DL:DL See you later. |
