!?!?!
Okay, I understand that you have a problem with using modern notation, and I do not see the point in your antique one.
So we make it as simple as it can get, we use ICCF code. It compares to the old four-digit displays of board computers, just that it uses no letters. Figures and actions are not marked, you just give the two numbers for the orginal field and the two numbers for the target field, that is all. The move e2-e5 translates into 5254, and the move Kc6xe7+ translates into 3657. Casteling is just marking the king'S movement. Simply use this coordinates sheet, and you're done. I just fear that any guys watching the match and having not played mail chess will be unable to follow the match anymore by just reading the moves, since the coordinates are not visually represented in their memory.
Use this for encoding and decoding:

Just numerical origin and target coordinates, nothing else. Ignore all figure and action symbols. It does not get any easier. I will even skip move counters.
My move 8171
your move 84??
