Famous last words from last year: 12-02-07
My Chargers will continue on to their predestined game against the New England Patroits in the AFC play off game to determine who goes to the Super Bowl to meet the Dallas Cowboys or the Green Bay Packers or maybe even the New York Giants if they should get lucky.

Still here :D Just busy with RL :oops:.
Work and doing a butt-load of renovations on the house are taking their toll :yep::dead:

Okay, here it goes:

Rodgers, Rodgers :rock: :hmm: Still trying to get used to that.

I'm about for the minute. My job entails cleaning up after Gustav. Well, not directly but I provide a boat load of tractors/trailers for transportation of relief supplies. I have over 300 trucks on the road running relief supplies. So, Gustav has made me busy as hell. I now have to turn my attention to Hanna that is on it's way to the East coast as well. So, I'm getting pulled in 2 different directions. Not to mention other things I run for the Government.

Yep, got Ike right behind Hanna and something really ugly by the name of Josephine brewing out off Europe.

And down goes Frasier!!

Oh wait.....that was Brady.
Not looking good for Patriots fans.

I really hate to say anything for fear of jinxing anything, but how 'bout them "Dirty Birds"?

But the D is still strong. That goal line stand at the end of the game was classic Pats and Matt Cassel stepped up pretty good.

Bort 09-07-08 10:03 PM

Now that "wonder boy" Brady is gone for the season, maybe "neck beard" Orton will assume his mantle! At least he looks pretty good tonight, he is the best QB in a game involving Peyton Manning, and that isn't too shabby!

And while I'm still sticking to my 4-12 record for my beloved Da Bears, what a game last night.... running is that kid's Forte.

geetrue 09-08-08 10:37 AM

Chargers got beat by an ex-pot head Ricky Williams in the first half and with just 2 seconds left in the game the Panthers throw a lucky touchdown pass to win by one point.

This is not the way to start the season ...

Wow, Bort is alive:lol: . Leave a saucerful of milk out on the porch and a bears win, and he magically re-appears.:rotfl:

Now there's the cheeseheads tonight...Hopefully #28 can save my fantasy team and score 50 points tonight.:hmm:
