Большое спасибо, Dagon! The U-class is especially welcome as the Royal Netherlands Navy received one during the war, commissioning her as Hr.Ms. "Dolfijn". She sank the Italian sub "Malachite" in 1943.

As I recall the IJN navy bought a couple British subs before they made their own, nice boat !

Were they used in the Pacific ? I know the T class were, but I don't know about the U class.

Hr.Ms. Dolfijn served almost exclusively in the Mediterranean. For those who would like to add her to the Netherlands roster, copy SSU.cfg from the British roster and place into Roster\Netherlands\Submarine.
Change the info for Unit 1 to:

Name:Hr.Ms. Dolfijn
DOC=19421008
DOD=19461201.

Delete all other entries-she was the only U class sub to serve with the RNethN.
